Alternate directions for those traveling south on Route 17:

Take Route 17 South to Route 4 East. Continue on Route 4 East and take Spring Valley Rd., Maywood exit. Make a left at the traffic light onto Spring Valley Avenue and continue straight until Summit Avenue in Hackensack. Make a right on Summit Avenue at the traffic light and continue straight until Beech Street. Make a left at the traffic light on Beech Street and take the second intersection to the left which is Overlook Avenue.  The Institute for Weight Management is on the right at 150 Overlook Ave.

From Route 80 East – Take Exit #65 (Green Street, South Hackensack). Follow U-Turn signs to Rt. 80 West. Continue on Rt. 80 West to the Polifly Road, Hackensack Exit. Bear right at the bottom of the ramp and continue straight on Polifly Road.  Travel north on Polifly Road. Polifly Road becomes First Street. At 4 th light, turn left onto Beech Street. Take second right onto Overlook Avenue. The Institute for Weight Management is on the right at 150 Overlook Ave.

From George Washington Bridge and East

Follow Route 80 West, staying in local lanes, to Exit 64B. Turn right at light onto Polifly Road. Travel north on Polifly Road. Polifly Road becomes First Street. At 4 th light, turn left onto Beech Street. Take second right onto Overlook Avenue. The Institute for Weight Management is on the right at 150 Overlook Ave.

From Paterson Area and West

Follow Route 80 East, staying in local lanes to Exit 63B for Rochelle Park and Paramus. (Exit ramp sign says Exit 63) Turn left off exit ramp and turn right at light onto Essex Street. At third light, turn left onto Summit Avenue. At 1st light take right turn on Beech Street. At 2nd intersection take left onto Overlook Ave. The Institute for Weight Management is on the right at 150 Overlook Ave.

From Southern New Jersey on the N.J. Turnpike

Follow Route 95-N.J. Turnpike North to the junction of Route 80. Take 80 West and stay in lanes for "Local Exits" to exit 64B for Hasbrouck Heights and Newark. Turn right at light onto Polifly Road. Travel north on Polifly Road. Polifly Road becomes First Street. At 4th light, turn left onto Beech Street. Take second right onto Overlook Avenue. The Institute for Weight Management is on the right at 150 Overlook Ave

From Northern New Jersey on Route 17

Follow Route 17 South to Essex Street exit. Turn left onto Essex Street. At third light, turn left onto Summit Avenue. At 1st light take right turn on Beech Street. At 2nd intersection take left onto Overlook Ave. The Institute for Weight Management is on the right at 150 Overlook Ave.

From Southern New Jersey on Route 17

Follow Route 17 North to Polifly Road turnoff. Turn right at light onto Polifly Road. Travel north on Polifly Road. Polifly Road becomes First Street. At 6 th light, turn left onto Beech Street. Take second right onto Overlook Avenue. The Institute for Weight Management is on the right at 150 Overlook Ave.

From the Lincoln Tunnel

Take Route 3 West to Route 17 North to Polifly Road. Turn right at light onto Polifly Road. Travel north on Polifly Road. Polifly Road becomes First Street. At 6th light, turn left onto Beech Street. Take second right onto Overlook Avenue. The Institute for Weight Management is on the right at 150 Overlook Ave.

From the Garden State Parkway (either north or south)

take Route 80 East. Follow directions above for Paterson and West.

From Route 4

Take exit for Hackensack Ave, Hackensack. Travel on Hackensack Ave, which becomes River Road in Hackensack. Continue for about 1.5 miles till come to Atlantic Ave. Take right on Atlantic Ave. Travel approx ¾ th mile. At 3 rd light take right on First Street. At next light take left onto Beech Street. Take second right onto Overlook Avenue. The Institute for Weight Management is on the right at 150 Overlook Ave.
