It is to do with the choices that you make every day, the behaviors that you have and how you feel about yourself. Counseling Sessions

Each week Susan Kraus, M.S.R.D., or Sheila Hittman, LCSW, CSW, ACSW, lead both group and individual counseling sessions to help you make the changes to your life that will ensure weight loss success.

The focus of these sessions is to provide information and skills in the areas of nutrition, physical activity, and behavior change. You will learn self-empowerment skills that you will use for the rest of your life as you lose weight - and keep it off.
